We are so excited about our groundbreaking ceremony this tuesday, October 13th at 9am, that we decided to give the first 100 people that show up something special to remember the occasion. Our supply is limited, so when we run out then we're out. So show up at Mesa Riverview at 9am! If you're not sure where we are, we are on the corner across from Toby Keith's place.

My husband and I are both native Arizonans who have grown up on Matta's. We were heartbroken when the old one closed, but we continue to enjoy the Higley location and have liked seeing some of the decor from the old one in there. We are delighted to hear the new Matta's is taking shape for future generations of Arizonans to love!
Kristen, You will be happy to know that we are using many of the fixtures from the old Matta's at our new location. Thanks for enjoying our Matta's Mexican Grill on Higley, we are glad to have you!
I sure hope you have "Louies" on at the new restaurant....I've been craving them ever since the last time we ate at the Main St location!
The menu gonna be more like the Main street Mattas than the one on Higley?

I am the taste tester at home when Peter cooks, such a hard job, but someone has to do it!!
